Suzie Lewis is a global transformation leader, executive coach, and founder of Transform for Value, with over two decades of senior leadership experience in the aeronautical industry at Airbus Group. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded large-scale culture change and digital transformation programs across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the USA, establishing herself as a trusted guide for organizations navigating complexity.
At Airbus, Suzie initiated the Leadership University, driving the development of leadership strategies and programs that shaped thousands of managers worldwide. Her portfolio included leadership development, culture change, digital transformation, HR strategy, diversity and inclusion, and Lean-Agile practices. She was instrumental in creating and embedding a new leadership training strategy, aligning people development with shifting corporate culture and business priorities.
Today, as Managing Director of Transform for Value, Suzie advises governments, corporations, and executives on how to connect the human and digital dimensions of transformation. She is also an Executive Partner at the Center for the Future of Organization at the Drucker School of Management, Claremont University (USA), where she contributes to research and practice on systemic change. Her work focuses on helping leaders build inclusive, collaborative environments where value is created through people as well as processes and data.
A passionate advocate for human-centered transformation, Suzie designed the Human Systems Practitioner (HSP)™ Programme, a practical framework enabling leaders and organizations to better understand human systems, shift mindsets, and co-design sustainable change. She is also an experienced executive coach and facilitator, having worked with individuals, teams, and organizations to translate strategic ambitions into real impact.
