Ivana completed her undergraduate and postgraduate studies in psychology in Australia, where she continued to successfully work as a psychologist in a clinical field, using cognitive-behavior, body-orientated and trauma-informed approaches with clients.
In Serbia, her work focused on the effective integration of international university students and staff into the academic community (through coaching, training and advising), as a part of significant international-domestic collaborations and exchange programs in higher education.
She now applies her skills in IT sector, supporting new companies with leadership development, improving company culture, enhancing employee wellbeing, engagement and performance.
Ivana is certified as an Archetypes at Work™ Debriefer as well as qualified as a NLMM® practitioner (somatic method for body restoration). She works individually and with groups. Her work centers on the optimization of human potential that every individual has. Her approach is evidence-based and holistic.
